Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order with Greenleaf Workshop you are stating that you agree with these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 All goods made and supplied by Greenleaf Workshop are covered by a 12 month guarantee against faulty materials starting from arrival with the customer.
1.2 A deposit of 15% is required for any scheduled work costing more than £100. Once the deposit is received and processed that work will be place in the work schedule and you will receive notification of an estimated start date and further notification upn actual works starting. Deposits are non refundable in the event of the customer cancelling the order.
1.3 Payment must be paid and processed in full within 30 days of the completion notification being sent to the customer. If no payment is recieved the order is processed as a cancelled order.
1.4 Goods will only be shipped after payment has been receieved and processed through the bank in full, including any postage costs as agreed.
1.5 Unless otherwise specified Greenleaf Workshop will use Parcel Force as our standard carrier for delivery times and charges. Unless otherwise contacted Greenleaf Workshop will assume that the goods have arrived in good order and satisfaction 10 days after the item's predicted arrival date from the carrier.
1.6 Greenleaf Workshop can accept no responsibility for injury caused during the use, handling or wearing of any of its products.
