Before ordering anything please be sure to have read our terms and conditions.
The simplest way to order anything is to email us and we will take you through the options and required details making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Should you be ordering anything from the stock pages please include the item code in your email so we can be certain there is no error.
If the item you are ordering is bespoke, we will go through any required research and measurements with you working together (for free) to ensure that you get exactly what you are after. When needed, it is always best for you to visit the workshop for us to measure you, however we are well aware this is not always possible and can easily plan accordingly.
Once all the prep work and any desposits are finalised we will schedule the work and inform you once we have begun. On longer builds we will send you a daily work diary enabling you to see the items progress at the end of each day, allowing you to give any feedback or ask any questions you may have.
